Introducing Coagento: AI agents that work for your business

Why we built it

If you run a small business, you already do every job yourself. You post on Instagram between orders, answer the same customer questions every evening, chase the leads you meant to call last week and keep the numbers somewhere in your head.

AI can help with all of that, but most AI tools wait for you. You open them, write a prompt, copy the answer and paste it somewhere else. That's one more job on the list.

We wanted something closer to hiring someone. You describe the job once, and the work shows up where you already talk: in a WhatsApp chat or a Slack message.

What an agent does

Each agent has its own job, like social media manager, customer support or sales rep, and its own working hours.

• It learns your business. A short interview leaves it with a brief about you. Add product lists, price sheets, PDFs, notes and YouTube videos, and it answers from them instead of guessing.
• It keeps a schedule. At the start of each workday it sends you a plan, then works through its tasks and reports back. Ask once for something like "every Monday at 9, send me last week's sales", and it's on the schedule.
• It works in your apps. Connect Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, Reddit, Google Calendar, Google Sheets or Notion, and it can post, reply, update your sheets and add events to your calendar.
• It speaks your customers' language. Text, voice notes and pictures, both ways.

You stay in control

An agent that acts for your business has to earn your trust, so nothing goes out without your OK. Posts, replies to comments and calendar invites wait as drafts until you approve them, with a quick "post it" in the chat or on the Tasks page.

You also choose who each agent answers: only you, you and the people you add, or anyone who messages it. Messages from everyone else are saved but not answered.

Your models, your keys

Coagento works with the AI providers you already use: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and DeepSeek. You add your own keys and pay your provider directly, at their prices. For each message, Coagento picks which of your models replies and whether to answer with text, a voice note or a picture, and the dashboard shows what every model costs.
